Browns team president Joe Banner continually says the Browns aren't focusing on a quarterback in this years NFL draft. Correct me if I am wrong, isn't that the same thing the last Browns president said going into the 2012 NFL draft? Then we all watched in awe as they picked Brandon Weeden with the 22nd overall pick in the first round. Wow, could the Browns be heading in that direction again? Could they be saying one thing and doing another? Perhaps it is Weeden throwing shoulder that has the team worried. He came into the NFL with damage to his throwing shoulder he suffered while trying to break through in a failed baseball career. Remember when Weeden wouldn't sign his contract and the sticking point was guaranteed money?
