The Cleveland Browns, who finished last in the AFC North and below .500 (a recurring trend) in 2012, aren't nearly as far away from success as they may seem. They have some potentially powerful pieces in place, and their gameplay has been fine-tuned to compete against the other hard-nosed opponents in their division. Still, they do have several major needs to address, and until they do that, they will forever be in the "dog pound."-
