Cleveland Cavaliers rookie shooting guard Dion Waiters will miss at least the next week with an injury to his left knee.
Waiters was examined earlier on Tuesday and was determined - via MRI -to have small, loose cartilage fragement. He will undergo a period of tests and treatment while being subject to additional observations and examination.
